We process & ship orders
Please keep in mind:
- Processing time is 1–5 business days.
- If your order includes custom aprons with embroidery, processing time may take longer.
- We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
- Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by them.
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships 📦
- Delivery times may vary depending on location & season.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
No cancellations / No refunds 🚫
- Once your order is placed, we don’t cancel orders.
- No refunds if you change your mind after purchasing.
Claims / Issues
- If anything is wrong with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- After that window, we won’t be able to process claims.

Once your package is shipped, any delays are handled directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged/Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we’ll work with you on an exchange, replacement, or store credit.
